Giving Back

Dr. Chen welcomes all possible opportunities to be involved in helping her community.  She contributes to many organizations whose focus is to improve the lives of others, as well as educating the less fortunate to strengthen the knowledge of dental care. She values quality care and truly wants others to fully understand how to achieve that healthier quality of life. Annually, Dr. Chen teaches dental care to local preschools and finds other ways to donate hygiene aids to schools and other non-profit organizations, including The Hope Project for victims of the domestic violence.  In her venture in giving back, she has traveled to Jamaica and spent weeks providing free dental care to children and adults in need and continues to encourage others to do the same. From the moment she entered dental school, her passion has been to continually change the world little bit at a time.
